You're Invited: RenewMe Ribbon Cutting!

Our small group studio training sessions are off to a fantastic start—​largely because of you. We've received tons of positive feedback throughout the pilot version, and now we are officially opening our doors to everyone. As such, we are inviting YOU to our special ribbon cutting ceremony at the studio.

Join us next Tuesday, October 16th, from 11:30-1pm. We will feature exclusive fitness demonstrations, special vendors, food, and more! Stop by to commemorate this momentous occasion with us! It will be a great time.

RenewMe Fitness, LLC is the newest and latest approach to personal training for older adults, 50 and up.
