Peter is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He graduated from Salisbury University with a BS in Exercise Science with an Allied Health track. Peter worked as a physical therapy aide for nearly three years guiding patients with injuries or conditions through exercise.
Mina is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in both MD and VA. She graduated from UMD with a Bachelors in Biological Sciences and then went on to earn her PTA license from MC. With over 5 years of experience in physical rehabilitation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she sought out to become a Functional Aging Specialist to provide more individual care in our community.
Michael is a certified personal trainer through the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE). He recognizes the pursuit of fitness and healthy living as being a vital element in working through his own weight problems as a child. As an adult, Michael has worked in gyms, with athletic teams, has spent the past few years working as a physical therapy assistant, and is now studying for a degree in Nursing.
Lauren is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a CHEK Institute certified Holistic Life Coach. She is also a Functional Aging Specialist and Tai Chi instructor certified through the Functional Aging Institute.
She loves working with seniors and is passionate about helping them reconnect with how their bodies were meant to move.
Dr. Reed is a Doctor of Chiropractic licensed in Maryland. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in Biology with a concentration in Health Professions then went on to graduate from New York Chiropractic College.
He started personal training while in college so he could begin applying what he was learning. After graduating, he sought certification as a Functional Aging Specialist with an additional certification in Functional Movement Screening.
Andrea is a Certified Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist through American Council on Exercise (ACE). For more than 10 years, Andrea has inspired people to believe in themselves in order to reach their health and fitness goals.
Her passion for motivating clients through patient coaching while bringing a fun factor into the fitness therapy regimen has created a cadre of rabid fans. Andrea specializes in creating individualized training programs that take into account health, fitness, and therapeutic concerns on chronic diseases and weight management, especially for those over 50.
Minh is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sport Medicine, and also has a Functional Aging Specialist and Water Aerobics Certification. He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Kinesiology, and has work experience as a Physical Therapist Technician.
As a Personal Trainer, Minh has worked with multiple populations, specializing in clients with Parkinson’s Disease and stroke.
Brittney is Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also a Certified Functional Aging Specialist. She is coming to us from Texas so let’s give her a big welcome!
Brittney is devoted to training the part of the population that are neglected. Among that population are the elderly and disabled.
Patty is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Potomac, Maryland. She studied Sociology and Psychology at the University of Maryland. Although she pursued a separate career, she decided to become a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Functional Aging Specialist.
Yoga, meditation and physical fitness brought a sense of calm, health and overall well-being to her life, so she decided to share this acquired knowledge with the aging community, giving them the tools to lead healthier, and therefore happier lives.
Stacy is an ACSM-certified trainer, functional aging specialist, and novice fitness enthusiast.
She has been interested in helping the under-served and is passionate about social justice. Through her own struggles and limitations, she learned what made a trainer invaluable, emotionally and physically, and she wanted to bring that energy to others.
Jessica is a practicing Physical Therapist who received her education from the University of Maryland - Eastern Shore in 2015. She has been treating patients with neurological conditions and the elderly since before she attended DPT school, but still considers herself a jack-of-all-trades!
Through her career, Jessica has seen just how much potential the senior population has, meaning how much they can improve their overall health through proper exercise.
Claudine Tran is a licensed PTA in Maryland and a certified Functional Aging Specialist. Being immersed in the Physical Therapy world for over ten years, she has developed a passion for helping others overcome the challenges with their injuries to achieve their goals. She has clinical experience working with patients in both neurological and orthopedic settings.

Tricia Walsh, MS, CSCS has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years with extensive experience as a personal trainer, life coach, and exercise physiologist. Tricia is passionate about helping people live their best lives - and she believes health and fitness are critical aspects of that pursuit.
