Who we are. Renew Me Fitness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides in-home and virtual medical fitness services for seniors and post-rehab clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. If you have questions, contact us at info@renewmefitness.com.

1) Scope
This policy applies to information we collect online (our website, web forms, emails, chat) and offline (phone calls, in-person intake), and through our SMS/MMS messaging program.
2) Information we collect

  • You provide: name, contact details (phone, email, address), preferred contact method, scheduling details, intake information relevant to services, and any messages you send us.

  • From your use of our site: device and browser info, IP address, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies (see “Cookies & tracking” below).

  • Communications: content of texts, emails, and call notes (limited to what is necessary to coordinate care and scheduling). Please avoid sending sensitive medical details via SMS.

3) How we use information

  • Provide and improve our services, coordinate care, schedule sessions, and send reminders/follow-ups.

  • Operate our SMS/MMS program (appointment confirmations, schedule changes, intake links, follow-ups, relevant updates).

  • Respond to inquiries, support customers, and manage referrals/partner coordination.

  • Maintain security, comply with law, and keep records (e.g., consent logs).

4) SMS/MMS text messaging program

  • Consent & enrollment. You may opt in by checking a consent box on our forms, verbally consenting in person or over the phone, or replying YES to a confirmation message (when used). By opting in, you authorize us to send SMS/MMS to the mobile number you provide.

  • Message content. Scheduling and appointment reminders, confirmations/changes, intake links, follow-up instructions, and relevant program updates.

  • Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-out. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help.

  • Data handling. We log your consent status and preferences. We do not sell or share your personal data. Please do not send sensitive medical or payment information by text.

5) Sharing of information
We do not sell or share personal information for marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to:

  • Service providers (e.g., secure scheduling, CRM, SMS delivery, email, analytics, payment processors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;

  • Legal or safety purposes (to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights/safety);

  • Business transfers (if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of that transaction).

6) Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above (e.g., providing services, maintaining records, meeting legal obligations) and then delete or de-identify it.
7) Your choices & rights

  • Opt-out of texts: Reply STOP at any time.

  • Email preferences: Use the unsubscribe link or contact us.

  • Access, update, or delete: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@renewmefitness.com. We will verify your request and respond consistent with applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

  • Do Not Track: We do not respond to browser DNT signals.

8) Cookies & tracking
We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate our site and understand usage. You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies; doing so may affect site functionality.

9) Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please avoid sending sensitive data over SMS or email.
10) Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults and older teens receiving care with parent/guardian involvement where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.

We provide in-home Functional & Medical Fitness Training for those with limited mobility, pain and/or past injuries. Including, but not limited to, joint replacements, Parkinsons, and those who are soon to be/have been discharged from Physical Therapy.
