Favorite Food: The most difficult question to answer! I would have to say Pizza.

It makes a massive difference because as we age the need for strength and stability becomes more critical. I love connecting with them and getting to know them better, knowing more about their past experiences throughout their life and knowing that I am making a difference in not only their physical well being but mental as well.”

It started with Andre’s passion towards sports which eventually led him to obtain his degree in Kinesiology. Throughout his school career my passion grew more towards the study of human movement and fitness.

Andre has worked with clients one on one and group setting for the past 5 years. He has past experience clients with ages ranging from 12 to 60+.

Andre is excited to work for RenewMe Fitness. He wants to make a difference. “I’m excited about working with RenewMe Fitness because I know I will be making a difference in someone's life not only physically but mentally as well. There are very few companies that do this kind of work, most of the time when physical therapy or rehab clinics discharge a patient, that patient will then begin to regress. This is where RenewMe Fitness steps in to help the patient/client to continue their wellness journey.“
